Terms of Service

You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission.

We try to describe everything accurately. Ingredient lists, directions and photos are given in good faith. Colours look different on different screens, and packaging changes sometimes.

Our products are cosmetics. They improve how your skin, hair and scalp look and feel. They don't treat illness. Nothing here is medical advice. Read the directions, patch test if you're sensitive, and see a doctor about any skin or scalp condition.

When you order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a confirmation. We can turn down or cancel an order, including after we've confirmed it, if something's out of stock, if the price was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we've already taken your money, we refund all of it.

Prices are in US dollars. Tax and shipping are added at checkout. We can change prices any time, but not on orders we've already confirmed. If a price is listed wrong, we don't have to sell at that price. We'll contact you to cancel or confirm at the right price.

We take payment when you order. By giving us card details, you're confirming you're allowed to use that card.

Don't break the law using our site. Don't try to hack it. Don't scrape it. Don't resell our products without written permission.

The site, its writing, photos, our name and our product names belong to us. Don't copy them or use them commercially without permission.

We link to other HUMANNE companies and to other sites. We're not responsible for what's on them. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you're there.

As far as the law allows, we provide this site 'as is.' We don't promise it will always work or always be error-free. Nothing here removes responsibility we can't legally remove, including for death or injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We can update these terms. The version that counts is the one posted when you ordered.
