HUMANNE+ currently delivers to street addresses within California. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, other states or international destinations.

Orders below $75 are a flat $6.95. Orders of $75 or more receive complimentary shipping. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Orders placed on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Please allow up to seven days from dispatch for delivery. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions or holiday demand.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened and unused, in their original packaging with all seals intact, and purchased directly from humanneplus.com. Email support@humanne.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions.
