HUMANNE+ currently delivers to street addresses within California. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, other states or international destinations.

Orders below $75: $6.95 flat-rate shipping.

Orders of $75 or more: complimentary shipping.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Orders placed on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to seven days from dispatch for delivery. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions or holiday demand.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to make a correction, email support@humanne.com as soon as possible. We will assist where possible before dispatch. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we cannot redirect it.

Orders returned because of an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, contact support@humanne.com within 15 days of delivery or the carrier's recorded delivery date.

Include your order number and any relevant photographs so our customer care team can investigate and arrange the appropriate next steps.

If your sunscreen arrives with an unusual texture or signs of heat exposure, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
